Every order is carefully prepared and packed within 3–5 business days. Paintings are shipped flat or rolled in a rigid tube depending on size; prints travel in reinforced card.
Shipping
We ship worldwide with a tracked carrier. Allow 7–15 business days depending on destination. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves.
Costs and customs
Shipping costs depend on destination and size and are shown before payment. Any customs duties are paid by the recipient.
Damaged parcel
If your work arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours at keurguelewar@gmail.com with photos of the parcel and the work. We will offer a replacement, repair or refund.
Returns
You may return a work within 14 days of delivery, in its original packaging and condition. Please contact us before sending anything. Return shipping is at your expense unless the work is damaged or we made an error. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
