These terms govern sales of original artworks and photographic prints on the Kër Gelwaar website. Placing an order implies full acceptance of them.
Works and availability
Each painting is a one-of-a-kind piece, signed by the artist KHA and delivered with a certificate of authenticity. A painting is reserved only once payment is confirmed. Photographic prints are made to order. On-screen colours may differ slightly from the actual work.
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), excluding shipping. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before payment. Any customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Ordering and payment
Payment is made by card through the secure Stripe platform. Kër Gelwaar stores no card data. Your order is confirmed by email once payment is approved.
Delivery
Lead times and delivery terms are detailed on the Shipping & returns page. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to return a work, without giving a reason, under the terms of the Shipping & returns page.
Intellectual property
Buying a work does not transfer its copyright. Reproducing the works and photographs shown on this site is prohibited without written permission.
